Founder + Operational Visionary

With over 20 years in engineering, design, construction, and custom manufacturing, Lindsay has seen both sides of growth: the chaos when operations can’t keep up and the clarity that comes when they do.

At SOLVED Collective, she helps founders and leadership teams move from reaction to rhythm, designing operations that support vision and give teams the confidence to deliver.

Lindsay blends systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and practical design to align people, processes, and priorities so businesses don’t just function but flourish.

 

When not at SOLVED: Lindsay is a mom of three grown kids, an outdoor enthusiast, and a lifelong learner. You’ll usually find her hiking in the mountains, latte in hand, or jotting ideas that spark new ways of seeing the world.

Kate brings over a decade of experience across facilitation, project coordination, policy, and human-centered design. She combines strategic thinking with practical execution to help teams stay focused and aligned.

At SOLVED Collective, Kate supports clients through facilitation and operational implementation, connecting people, processes, and priorities so work flows smoothly and sustainably. She’s equally at home guiding strategic discussions as she is mapping workflows or building project tools.

When not at SOLVED: Kate leads Mildly Heroic, where she partners with organizations to design better systems, stronger teams, and more human ways of working.
