Every engagement is grounded in two proprietary frameworks: the Operational Maturity Model, which maps where a business is in its operational development, and the Five Flows Framework, which examines how work, decisions, information, capacity, and money move through the organization.

In Fall 2026, SOLVED Collective launches The Trusted Operator Academy — a 14-session development program for operators in founder-led businesses.
It is the only SOLVED Collective offer built for the operator, not the founder. Where fractional work builds the structure from the outside, the Academy develops the internal leader who can build and own it themselves.

Lindsay has spent her career inside complex service businesses. She knows firsthand what happens when demand increases, complexity grows, and the way the business runs stops keeping pace.
That experience is what SOLVED Collective is built on.
She founded SOLVED on a simple belief: structure creates freedom. When operations are designed with intention, the same problems stop coming back, leadership gets lighter, and the business becomes what it was always capable of being.
Based in Calgary and working across Canada, Lindsay partners with founders and leadership teams of growing service businesses to build the operational structure that makes good work last.

Kate Woodford
Facilitator + Project Coordinator
Kate brings over a decade of experience across facilitation, project coordination, policy, and human-centred design. She thinks strategically and executes practically, which makes her particularly good at helping teams stay focused when things get complex.
At SOLVED, Kate supports clients through facilitation and operational implementation. She connects people, processes, and priorities so work flows more smoothly and plans actually come to life.
