Founder + Operational Visionary
Lindsay has spent her career inside complex service businesses. She knows firsthand what happens when demand increases, complexity grows, and the way the business runs stops keeping pace.
That experience is what SOLVED Collective is built on.
She founded SOLVED to help founders and leadership teams of growing service businesses redesign how their organizations run. Her belief is simple: most execution challenges aren't people problems. They're structure problems.
Based in Calgary and working across Canada, Lindsay brings operational clarity, practical systems design, and embedded leadership support to organizations ready to stop solving the same problems and start building something that lasts.

Kate Woodford
Facilitator + Project Coordinator
Kate brings over a decade of experience across facilitation, project coordination, policy, and human-centred design. She thinks strategically and executes practically, which makes her particularly good at helping teams stay focused when things get complex.
At SOLVED, Kate supports clients through facilitation and operational implementation. She connects people, processes, and priorities so work flows more smoothly and plans actually come to life.
